General Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect size selection, or any other circumstances once an order has been processed.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered final.

Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Items)

We stand behind our products. If there is an issue with your order that was our fault, we will make it right. You are eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  1. Defective Product: The item arrived damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.

  2. Wrong Item Sent: You received a different product, size, or color than what was listed on your order confirmation.

In these specific cases, Tour Spin Golf will cover all shipping expenses incurred to return the item and send out a replacement.

How to Report an Issue

To initiate a claim, please contact us at sales@tourspingolf.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item received

Refunds are only issued in the event that a product is defective or the wrong item was sent, and a replacement is currently unavailable or out of stock.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Shipping Costs: If your return is approved due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs in full.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please note that it may take 7-21 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
